This policy explains what personal information Deskuria LLC handles, why we handle it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to our business operations and to this website.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.
Who we are
Deskuria LLC, 1550 Wewatta Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202, is the business that decides how the information described here is handled. We are a business-to-business provider. Our customers are organisations, and the people whose details we hold are almost always individuals acting for an organisation: a contact name, a work email address, a work telephone number and a business address.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, work email address, work telephone number, company and role.
- Enquiry content you send us: the message, the number of staff and sites you describe, and any attachments.
- Service records created while we operate an arrangement: which organisation a person belongs to, the role they were granted and the approvals behind it.
- Website basics such as the pages you visit and the device type you use, held in aggregate to keep the site working.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information about individuals. If you send it to us by mistake, we will delete it on request. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen, and our service is not directed at individuals in their personal capacity at all.
Why we use it
We use contact and enquiry information to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to deliver and operate the arrangement. We use service records to run the arrangement, to keep the audit trail we promise and to report to our customer organisations. We use website basics to keep the site available and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary: with service providers who host our systems and support our operations under contract, with professional advisers where required, and with authorities where the law compels us. Where we use a supplier, they act on our instructions and are bound to protect what they handle. We do not pass your details to unrelated organisations for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and service records for the period our customer requires and any applicable obligation requires, whichever is longer. When a period ends, information is retired in an orderly way.
Your rights under CCPA and CPRA
California residents, and others where state law provides, may ask to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to know whether it has been shared. Because we operate business to business, many requests from individuals relate to data we hold on behalf of a customer organisation. Where that is the case we will refer the request to the organisation and support it. To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows, and we will never discriminate against anyone for exercising a right.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, and access to it is limited to those who need it. No arrangement is perfect, so if a breach occurs we will notify those affected and the authorities as the law requires. If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where a change is significant, tell our customers directly.
