Engagement models and how your quote is built
Deskuria is priced by engagement, not by a rate card that ignores the organisation. We explain the two models we use, the factors that shape a quote, and how to ask for one. Every quote is written, itemised and carries no obligation.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.
Two engagement models
Fixed-scope engagement. Best for a defined piece of work: designing an arrangement, bringing in a set of sites, or onboarding a known group of staff. We agree a written scope, deliver it, and the engagement closes. Fixed-scope work suits organisations that want a clear endpoint and a clear price.
Managed access plan. Best for organisations that want the arrangement designed, run, maintained and reported on continuously. The plan covers operation, requests, reviews, records and assurance as one monthly arrangement, with the scope written down so you know exactly what is included and what would be a change.
Indicative pricing
The figures below are indicative bands for business accounts, given so you can budget before you speak to us. They are not a rate card: a quote is confirmed in writing once we have seen the detail, and it always states what is included, what would be a change, and when it is invoiced. Work runs against a purchase order on net terms.

Annual arrangements are available and ordinarily carry a lower effective monthly figure than month-to-month terms. Reviews, records and assurance reporting are inside every managed plan rather than sold as separate additions.
What shapes a quote
- Number of staff who need access, and the number of distinct roles they occupy.
- Number of sites in the estate, and whether they are being brought in together or in waves.
- Systems in scope, and how many separate internal systems the arrangement must cover.
- Churn, meaning how often starters, leavers and changes arrive in a typical month.
- Reporting needs, where your organisation requires evidence in a particular form or on a particular cycle.

Continuous design, operation, review and reporting as one monthly arrangement.

Every quote states what is included and what is not, so there are no surprises later.
