Deskuria exists to take one complicated job off the desk of an organisation: designing and operating the way its own systems are reached. We do that job as an independent business, for businesses, and we do it deliberately.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.
Why we exist
Every organisation that holds internal systems faces the same question. How do the people who need those systems reach them, from wherever the work happens, without the arrangement becoming a risk or a burden. Most organisations answer it in fragments, one decision at a time, until nobody can say with confidence what the whole picture looks like.
Deskuria was founded to answer that question properly and then keep answering it. We take the whole arrangement, from design through to daily operation, and run it as one managed service. The organisation keeps control and keeps the record; we carry the work.
The principles we hold to
- Business only. We serve organisations and nobody else. We do not take on consumers, home users or personal equipment.
- We do the work. We configure everything on our side and operate the service for you. No technical work is required from your staff.
- Plain language. Policies, reports and explanations are written for managers, not for specialists.
- Evidence by default. Every grant, change and connection is recorded, because a record made as it happens beats one reconstructed under pressure.
- Honesty about limits. If your need falls outside our scope, we will tell you rather than stretch to fit it.
Independent, and clear about it
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any third-party brand or vendor, and product or company names that appear anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Independence keeps our advice straight. We recommend what fits your organisation's arrangement, not what suits a manufacturer's catalogue.
Where we work
The company is based in Denver, Colorado, at 1550 Wewatta Street, and we serve organisations across the United States. Our operations run Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 Mountain Time, with a business line for anything urgent. Because new sites are brought into the arrangement remotely, a customer in Denver and a customer in another state receive the same service, delivered the same way.
What we are not
To avoid any confusion, Deskuria is not a repair service, not a retail provider and not a helpdesk for personal machines. We do not fix, diagnose or service anyone's computer, and we do not support home users. What we are is a specialist partner for organisations that need their access arrangements designed and operated well, and that is the whole of our business.
