Organisations we serve, and the shape of their access needs
Deskuria works with a defined group of sectors where internal systems hold sensitive material and the workforce is often out of the office. Each sector brings a slightly different pattern, and the arrangement is shaped to fit it.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 10 or more staff who need access.
Professional services
Accounting, legal and advisory practices live and die by confidentiality. Their records are the practice, and staff often work across more than one office or from home in the evenings. The access arrangement we build for them concentrates on tight role mapping, so that a junior member of the team reaches only what their work requires, and on a clean record of every connection for the practice's own risk reviews.
Agencies and studios
Creative and marketing agencies move fast and hire for projects. Teams swell for a pitch and shrink again afterwards, and people come and go with the campaign calendar. Here the priority is speed with control: new team members receive ready access quickly, and short-term contributors receive time-limited reach that ends when the project does, without anyone having to remember to tidy up.
Schools and educational bodies
Schools hold pupil records, staff records and safeguarding information, and their administrative teams often work in more than one building. Access has to be strict about who may reach which records, and it has to be defensible to governors and inspectors. We build role-based reach for administrative and pastoral staff, keep the record complete, and make sure that when a member of staff leaves, their reach leaves with them.

Administrative clinic teams
We work with the administrative side of clinics, where scheduling, billing and correspondence systems are reached by office staff across several rooms or sites. The emphasis is on precise limits, so that an administrative role reaches administrative systems and nothing clinical beyond its remit, and on a record that supports the practice's own compliance reviews. This is office access for the practice's own staff, not equipment servicing of any kind.
Engineering and field practices
Engineering firms, surveyors and technical consultancies often have people in the field, on site or in a second office, needing drawings, specifications and project files as they go. Access has to be reliable from a variety of locations and respectful of the fact that some material is far more sensitive than the rest. We build the arrangement around project roles, keep temporary site access time-boxed, and make the whole picture visible to the partners who carry the risk.
Who we cannot serve
We are a business-only provider and we are strict about it. We do not take on households, individual subscribers, home users or personal equipment, and we do not repair or diagnose computers. If your need is access for an organisation of ten or more staff who must reach internal systems, we are the right partner. If it is anything else, we will say so honestly and point you elsewhere.
